Capture and share only demos you have the right to publish, don’t misuse DemoMate, and you keep ownership of your content. Either side can end the relationship. The sections below are the full terms — by creating an account or using DemoMate you agree to them, and if you use it for an organisation, you accept them on its behalf.
DemoMate is operated by DATAMESH DM CLOUDTECH LLP (“DemoMate”, “we”, “us”). It lets you capture your product with a browser extension, annotate it into an interactive demo, and share that demo by link or export.
You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure and for activity under your account. Paid plans are billed in advance through Paddle, our merchant of record, on the terms shown at checkout. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.
DemoMate captures real web content and re-hosts it under our domain, so you must have the right to everything you publish. You must not create, publish, or share a demo that:
Anyone can report a demo that violates these terms — including impersonation, unauthorised capture of confidential data, intellectual-property complaints, and malware or phishing — through our Report abuse page. We review reports and may, at our discretion, remove or disable access to any demo we believe violates these terms or the law. When a demo is taken down, the shared link is replaced with a notice that the content has been removed. We may suspend or terminate accounts that repeatedly or seriously breach this section.
You keep ownership of the content you capture and publish. You grant us only the limited licence needed to host, process, and serve your demos so the service can function; we claim no ownership of your content.
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, and our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing here limits any non-waivable rights you hold under the consumer-protection law of your country.
You may stop using DemoMate and close your account at any time by contacting [email protected]. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and any dispute arising out of them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India. We may update them from time to time; material changes appear here with a new “last updated” date.
